The Bar at The Clarence Hotel
The Bar at The Clarence is the perfect place to unwind whether you are with friends, family or just relaxing with a newspaper. You can lounge on our comfy sofas and easy arm chairs with a glass of champagne or maybe try one of our own lovingly created cocktails.
We have a discerning yet reasonably priced wine list as well as an excellent selection of bottled beers and premium spirits.
The Restaurant at the Clarence Hotel
Not only do we pride ourselves on our service but also our food.
We believe breakfast should be served fresh and cooked to order and taken at your leisure. That’s why you can have breakfast when you want it. Make your selection from the more traditional English breakfast including free-range eggs, dry cured bacon and Cumberland sausages to homemade waffles with maple syrup and berry compote or porridge with whiskey or bananas. We also have a selection of freshly baked pastries, yoghurts, fruit, cheese and cereals. Quite frankly you will be spoilt for choice!
Dinner is served at candlelit tables in our restaurant. Our resident chef has prepared an a la carte menu using fresh locally sourced produce to create classic dishes to suit all palates.
